The 7 Hebrew Words For Praise

1.  TOWDAH - Psalms 50:23, Jer. 1:12
        Thanksgiving, hands extended with hands turned in to receive from God.

2.  YADAH - Psalms 118.21, 111:1, 54:6
        Praise, to lift up hands with all your strength, this is a "palms-out" power salute.

3.  HALAL - Ps.150, 199:175, 22:22, Heb. 2:12, Ps.119:164, 63:5, 115:17, 69:30-36
        Praise to shine, celebrate, boast, rave; to be clamorously foolish.
